INDIA COMPLETELY DOMINATED BY AUSTRALIA

IND vs AUS,3rd TEST-DAY 4,SCG

Ind vs Aus

Australia started the day from 103/2 and a big lead of 197,with their main two batsmen on the crease,Labuschagne(73) and Smith(81).Both started the aussie innings with intent of scoring runs.India showed their same colour as of Adelaide and Vihari dropped labuschagne of the second ball of the day of Bumrah. Then Marnus went to notch his second half century of the match.Saini got his wicket as Saha took a brilliant catch behind the wicket. Then Smith notched his fifty also and kept the scoreboard ticking.Ashwin dismissed him after the dismissal of Wade by Saini.

Then the young Cameron Green(84) and Paine(39*) joined hands together and upped the ante to set a big score on board.Green got his maiden fifty and hit 4 sixes in his innings.Bumrah took his wicket and Aussies declared at 312/6 and gave India a very difficult target of 407 with Jadeja and Pant not sure to play.Saha took 4catches as substitute wicketkeeper.

The Indian openers Rohit(52) and Gill(31) started fluently and with intent. But the fierce aussies got the better of them.Gill dismissed by Hazelwood and Rohit threw his wicket away after his fifty of a Cummins short ball trick. But India is relying on their captain Rahane(4*) and Pujara(9*) to rescue them and if possible to take them to a historical draw.

India wants a draw and Aussies want 8 wickets.Situation is worse for India as Jadeja,Pant both being injured.

It will be a difficult 5th day for India as aussies will come with loads of confidence, will be a hard fight between the Indian batsmen and Australians bowlers.Indian middle order have to face the opponent for 97overs to save India. The pitch is still not bad to bat on but Lyon will definitely get some assist on last day as Ashwin also got some turn.

From here Australians are the favourites but will there be any miracle?Stay tuned with us for further updates.Day 5 will be live tomorrow from 4.30 a.m.
